Commercial Assistant Internship

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Commercial Assistant Intern to join our team in Beirut. The internship offers hands‑on experience in supporting the commercial operations of a luxury fashion house, working closely with the sales and customer‑service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily sales operations, including preparing commercial documents and reports.
• Maintain and update client records and prospecting lists.
• Respond to client inquiries, coordinate appointments and follow‑up communications.
• Support showroom customer service and ensure a consistent brand experience.
• Collaborate with the commercial team on promotional initiatives and marketing materials.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in fashion, luxury brands and commercial operations.
• Ability to work on‑site in Beirut and collaborate within a team.
• Prior internship or academic projects in a related field is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with email communication tools.
• Experience using spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets).
• Familiarity with presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
