Clinical Sales Representative Graduate – Neuromodulation (Lebanon)

About the role

Boston Scientific is seeking a motivated Clinical Sales Representative Graduate to join its Neuromodulation Division in Lebanon. This 12‑month fixed‑term position offers comprehensive training and hands‑on experience supporting healthcare professionals across the North Africa region.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clinical support and commercial activities across assigned North African countries.
• Partner with the sales team to identify customer needs and contribute to account strategies.
• Support physicians and operating‑room staff during clinical procedures after product training.
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource for physicians, nurses, and hospital teams.
• Provide product education, therapy development, and ongoing clinical support.
• Increase market share through product training, evaluations, and procedural support.
• Participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, educational programs, and industry events.
• Identify upcoming tenders and business opportunities through customer engagement.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues to develop proactive service plans.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system and maintain alignment with Salesforce and Commercial Contracting teams.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a passion for healthcare and medical technology.
• Strong interest in building relationships with clinicians and customers.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the North Africa region.
• Motivation to develop both clinical expertise and commercial capabilities.

Required skills

• Experience or familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
