Civil Engineer

About the role

ICO Intelligent Construction Operation is seeking a full‑time Civil Engineer to join its on‑site team in Zgharta. You will play a key part in planning, designing, and supervising construction projects while upholding the company’s values of intelligence, integrity, and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, design, and supervision of construction projects.
• Prepare, review, and interpret drawings and technical documents.
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Participate in site inspections, progress meetings, and quality‑control activities.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, identifying and resolving technical issues on‑site.
• Propose practical, cost‑effective engineering solutions aligned with company philosophy.

Required profile

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to interpret plans and specifications.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Zgharta full‑time and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field; professional certification or license is a plus.
