Chief Dispatcher

About the role

The Chief Dispatcher will lead and coordinate our restaurant delivery operations, ensuring orders are assigned efficiently and reach customers on time. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a team of moto drivers in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch and delivery operations for restaurant orders.
• Assign orders efficiently to moto drivers and monitor their progress.
• Coordinate with drivers and restaurant staff to handle delays and delivery issues promptly.
• Maintain driver schedules, availability, and ensure smooth operations during peak periods.
• Provide clear communication and accurate order tracking to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of dispatch or delivery experience.
• Experience with major delivery platforms (e.g., Toters, Talabat, Wakilni, D2D Delivery, On Time Delivery) is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage moto drivers and restaurant delivery operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and adapt to flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
