Chief Dispatcher – Delivery Operations

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Chief Dispatcher to lead and coordinate our restaurant delivery network. In this role you will ensure that orders are assigned efficiently, deliveries are tracked in real time, and any issues are resolved quickly to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch and delivery operations for multiple restaurant locations.
• Assign orders to motorbike drivers in an optimal and timely manner.
• Monitor delivery progress, intervene on delays, and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate communication between drivers, restaurant staff, and support teams.
• Maintain driver schedules, availability, and coverage during peak periods.
• Ensure accurate order tracking and clear communication throughout the delivery process.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in dispatch or delivery management.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and handle unexpected situations.
• Reliable, responsible, team‑oriented mindset.
• Flexible schedule with willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
