Channel Manager – Sales & Partner Development

About the role

The Channel Manager will shape and execute the sales strategy for our service/product line, driving partner recruitment, managing reseller relationships, and collaborating with marketing to grow market share. This role is responsible for overseeing the full sales cycle, from quotation to collection, while ensuring strong channel performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the channel strategy and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing channel partners and clients.
• Build and manage a comprehensive channel/customer database, analyze data, and create metrics for loyalty and opportunity identification.
• Conduct market research to specify requirements for current and future services/products.
• Execute the entire sales cycle, track credit performance, and resolve payment issues.
• Generate long‑term revenue and profitability for the full service/product line.
• Provide high‑level support to channel partners and address queries promptly.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and market development reports.
• Oversee targeted marketing programs and monitor their progress.
• Utilize Salesforce.com CRM for lead, opportunity, and deal registration management.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team, conducting performance reviews and training plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a channel management or similar sales role.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.com CRM.
