CCTV Systems Operations & Technical Supervisor

About the role

MEDCO is seeking a CCTV Systems Operations & Technical Supervisor to join its IT team. You will oversee the deployment, configuration, monitoring, and support of enterprise video surveillance across multiple sites, ensuring high availability, reliability, and compliance with security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure CCTV hardware and Video Management Systems (VMS) across the organization.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate upgrades.
• Manage IP networking, storage, backup, and data integrity for video archives.
• Implement cybersecurity best practices and access management for surveillance assets.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Document procedures, provide training, and maintain comprehensive system documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience with CCTV systems, IT infrastructure, or related technical roles.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
