Business Development Representative (Tech/SaaS)

About the role

Aspire Software is seeking a Business Development Representative to join its Lebanon team. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and managing the full sales cycle within a technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Conduct product presentations, demos and solution‑based sales conversations.
• Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns and messaging.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or account management within a tech or SaaS environment.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels, including C‑suite.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
