Business Development Representative

About the role

Massyve Technologies is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join its Beirut office. You will play a key part in expanding the company’s client base by generating leads, prospecting new opportunities, and converting prospects into long‑term partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target markets.
• Conduct lead generation and prospecting activities to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Communicate the value proposition of Massyve’s digital services and solutions.
• Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and closing deals.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proficiency in inside sales and lead generation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience in sales or business development with a track record of meeting targets.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and analytical mindset.
• Comfortable working on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Experience in technology, digital marketing or software development is a plus.
