Business Development Manager – Digital Education Platform

About the role

The Business Development Manager will own the growth of Tomohi, a digital education platform, by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships and driving sales and marketing initiatives. The role blends business development, sales, marketing and platform management to increase learner acquisition and generate sustainable revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand Tomohi’s market presence across B2B, B2C, corporate and institutional segments.
• Research market trends, competitors and customer needs within the e‑learning sector to uncover new revenue streams.
• Identify, negotiate and close partnership agreements with educational institutions, companies and other stakeholders.
• Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, maintaining a strong pipeline and meeting enrollment and revenue targets.
• Design and coordinate marketing campaigns, including social media, email and digital advertising, to boost platform visibility and learner acquisition.
• Monitor platform usage, registrations and learner engagement, working with IT teams to ensure smooth operation.
