Business Development Executive / Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive / Representative to drive growth across software and logistics markets. The role requires strong communication, negotiation and organisational abilities to identify opportunities, understand client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Software Development/IT and Shipping & Logistics sectors.
• Analyse customer requirements and translate them into clear specifications for technical teams.
• Present software products and solutions to prospective clients, highlighting business value.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while meeting sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–8 years of experience in sales, business development or marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; French is a plus.
• Demonstrated knowledge of either the software/IT industry or the shipping and logistics industry.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and detail‑oriented mindset.
