Outdoor Sales Executive – POS Solutions

About the role

Hamster POS is seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive to promote its comprehensive business software suite to restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, retail stores and other enterprises across Lebanon. The role is focused on direct B2B engagement, from prospecting to closing, and requires frequent field visits.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and visit potential customers in the target market.
• Engage business owners and decision‑makers to understand their operational needs.
• Present and demonstrate the full Hamster POS solution, including POS, mobile apps, online ordering, loyalty, CRM, inventory, delivery, reservations, QR ordering, multi‑branch management, analytics and payment integrations.
• Prepare tailored quotations and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate post‑sale onboarding and support with internal teams.
• Submit regular activity and performance reports.

Required profile

• Previous B2B sales experience, preferably in software, POS, SaaS, payments, hospitality or retail.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and highly organized.
• Fluent in Arabic and good command of English; French is a plus.
• Professional demeanor when dealing with business owners.
• Valid driving licence and access to transportation (preferred).
