Business Development Executive

About the role

CARMA, a global media intelligence leader, is seeking a Business Development Executive to join its Beirut office. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting the company’s AI‑enabled media monitoring solutions across print, online, broadcast and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Research organisations online, gather key‑person contact details and identify new leads and market opportunities.
• Maintain and update the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and pipeline.
• Contact potential clients via email or phone to build rapport, schedule meetings and present solutions.
• Re‑engage lost clients, conduct competitive intelligence and relay market feedback to internal teams.
• Support marketing initiatives, attend industry conferences, meetings and events.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales displays for client meetings.
• Inform existing clients about new product developments and service enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Strong online research and lead‑generation abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools to track activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to create compelling presentations and sales materials.
