Branch Manager – Retail Store

About the role

Basic, a leading off‑price retail chain, is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead its store at Spot Mall in Hazmieh. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, maintain optimal inventory levels, and ensure visual merchandising standards.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of store employees to achieve sales targets and high service standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety and security requirements, conducting regular store inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Store Manager or similar retail role.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage store operations effectively.
