Branch Manager

About the role

Oxshare is seeking a full‑time Branch Manager to lead its Beirut office. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring a high level of service for our trading clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day branch activities, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Promote Oxshare’s trading tools and services to drive client engagement and retention.
• Prepare regular performance reports and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Coordinate local marketing initiatives and support team training and development.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance branch efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in branch or operations management within financial services, trading, or related sectors.
• Strong people‑leadership abilities, including coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Demonstrated client‑relationship management skills with a focus on service quality.
• Business development experience, especially in local marketing and achieving sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or French is an asset.
• Ability to work on‑site in Beirut and collaborate with regional and global teams.

Required skills
