About the role
NTU International A/S is seeking a Senior Non-Key Expert in Macroeconomic Reform to provide high‑quality technical assistance for the EU‑funded “Egypt Downtown Facility” project. The role focuses on macroeconomic and fiscal analysis, structural reforms, and the development of evidence‑based economic policies to strengthen EU‑Egypt partnership.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct macro‑economic, fiscal and structural reform analyses and produce policy recommendations for Egyptian partner entities.
- Prepare economic assessments, background papers and evidence‑based policy briefs to support project objectives and improve programme implementation.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in economics, macroeconomics, public finance, development economics or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in macro‑economic and fiscal policy analysis, with a strong understanding of economic resilience and competitiveness.
- Fluent English (C1); Arabic highly desirable.
