The Beauty Advisor provides an inviting and inclusive environment for customers, offering personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations. This role combines customer service, sales, and teamwork to enhance the store’s performance and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Conduct consultations to understand clients' beauty needs and preferences.
• Maintain a client database to track preferences and purchase history.
• Offer personalized product recommendations and application tips.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
• Assist with merchandising and maintain attractive product displays.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet overall store goals.
• Support inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the store and work areas.

Required profile

• Technical certificate or professional knowledge in cosmetology, beauty, or fashion‑related fields.
• Proven retail sales experience, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or fashion industry.
• Strong passion for beauty and fashion with up‑to‑date trend knowledge.
• Service‑oriented mindset with the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build, develop, and manage a loyal clientele base.
• Good storytelling and product presentation abilities.
• Solid knowledge of perfumes, skincare, and makeup applications.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
