B2B Business Development & Sales Expert

About the role

We are looking for a highly driven B2B Business Development & Sales Expert to accelerate our growth by generating qualified leads, building relationships with decision‑makers, and closing new business deals. The role covers the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential B2B clients, build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email campaigns, calls, networking, referrals and strategic targeting.
• Lead discovery calls, understand client pain points and present tailored solutions.
• Manage the complete sales process: prospecting, qualification, meetings, proposals, negotiations and closing.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and partnership terms.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with business owners, executives and decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
• Maintain CRM records, track pipeline and report on leads, meetings, deals and revenue performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development and client acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated success in outbound outreach and lead generation.
• Results‑driven mindset with a solid closing record.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
