Account Executive – ERP Sales

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Account Executive to lead ERP sales across the Lebanese market. The role focuses on generating new business, nurturing client relationships and closing deals for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, LinkedIn outreach, events, cold calling and partnerships.
• Map customer organisations, locate key stakeholders and assess account potential.
• Conduct discovery meetings, coordinate product demonstrations with pre‑sales and consulting teams, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature.
• Prepare commercial and technical proposals, quotations and executive summaries in collaboration with technical teams.
• Lead negotiations, handle objections and competitive situations, and close deals while protecting margins.
• Develop long‑term relationships, identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and ensure smooth hand‑over to delivery teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience selling ERP, CRM or enterprise software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets (USD 400 k+).
• Strong understanding of finance, supply‑chain, manufacturing, retail or services business processes.
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation abilities.
