Videographer & Video Editor

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Videographer & Video Editor to join our growing content team. Working directly with the Content Lead, you will produce and edit short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage on‑site video production, operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras, setting up multi‑point lighting, and capturing high‑quality audio with lavalier or shotgun microphones.
• Edit fast‑paced, high‑retention videos using CapCut Pro or equivalent tools, delivering rapid turn‑around without compromising quality.
• Enhance content with dynamic motion graphics, visual effects (VFX), and strategic sound design (SFX) to boost engagement.
• Monitor social‑media trends, emerging algorithms, popular audio tracks, and meme formats, integrating them into the content strategy.
• Collaborate with the Content Lead to brainstorm, storyboard, and maintain a consistent pipeline of brand‑aligned digital content.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling physical production assets such as DSLR/mirrorless cameras, studio lighting, and professional microphones.
• Strong portfolio showcasing mastery of short‑form editing styles, visual hooks, dynamic text overlays, and platform‑specific pacing.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with deep understanding of internet culture and digital consumer behavior.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and continuously learn new techniques.
