Cinematography Internship – 12‑Week Project‑Based Role

About the role

This 12‑week, project‑based internship is with a fast‑growing recruitment‑focused company in Lebanon. You will work within the marketing team to produce advertisements, social‑media videos, and promotional campaigns while gaining hands‑on experience across the full content production pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in pre‑production planning, including concept development, shot lists, storyboards, schedules and equipment needs.
• Research and secure filming locations, props, wardrobe and visual references.
• Film professional‑quality footage using cameras and mobile phones for ads, interviews, B‑roll and event coverage.
• Support on‑set direction by guiding visual style, pacing, performance and cast coordination.
• Edit raw footage into polished videos, handling sequencing, transitions, subtitles, graphics and audio cleanup.
• Apply color correction and grading techniques to deliver consistent, professional final videos.

Required profile

• No prior professional experience required; a strong interest in cinematography and visual storytelling is essential.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/certificate in Film, Cinematography, Multimedia, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• Willingness to work on‑site across varied locations in Lebanon and to use a personal vehicle when needed.
• Ability to collaborate with creative, production and marketing teams.
• Valid driver’s license is strongly preferred.

• Camera operation (professional cameras and mobile phones).
• Video editing and post‑production workflow.
• Color correction and grading.
• Basic understanding of social‑media video formats and advertising best practices.
