UX/UI Designer – CRO & Landing Page Specialist

About the role

You will join a fast‑growing, data‑driven growth marketing agency as a core member of the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) department. Your designs will shape how prospects interact with our clients’ digital properties, from the first click to the final conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise high‑converting landing pages for specific campaigns and audience segments.
• Apply UX best practices such as hierarchy, CTA placement, form design, and trust signals.
• Collaborate with CRO analysts to align design with ad creative and messaging.
• Build and maintain pages across Unbounce, HubSpot, Squarespace and other CMS platforms, ensuring pixel‑perfect implementation.
• Maintain a library of reusable components and design tokens.
• Write clean HTML/CSS and apply basic JavaScript or platform‑specific scripting for interactive elements.
• Conduct lightweight user research, wireframes, low‑fi prototypes and usability walkthroughs.
• Maintain and evolve a scalable design system across web, email and ad assets.
• Monitor page performance metrics and provide monthly design performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of UX/UI design experience focused on performance‑oriented digital experiences.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating landing page and CRO work.
• Ability to work independently and iterate based on data.

Required skills

• Figma (components, auto‑layout, prototyping, design systems)
• Unbounce, HubSpot, Squarespace (or similar page‑builder platforms)
• HTML & CSS
• Basic JavaScript or platform‑specific scripting
