Product Interface Designer – Senior UX/UI Role

About the role

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to own the full product design lifecycle for AI‑powered SaaS platforms, dashboards, web applications, and intelligent agents. The role blends deep UX thinking, visual design expertise, and client‑facing confidence, with advanced Figma and AI tool usage.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end UX/UI projects from discovery, research, and problem framing through design, developer handoff, launch, testing, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct client discovery calls, stakeholder workshops, user research, persona development, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
• Translate complex requirements into IA, user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes.
• Build and maintain scalable Figma design systems, component libraries, design tokens, and documented standards.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation and provide production‑ready handoffs.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional UX/UI or product design experience with shipped digital products.
• Strong portfolio showing research, UX decisions, user flows, UI design, prototypes, and outcomes.
• Excellent client communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to mentor junior designers and eventually lead a UX/UI team.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, variables, auto‑layout, design systems).
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude to accelerate design workflows.
• Hands‑on expertise in user research, persona creation, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
