Interior Architect

About the role

KristiesLab is seeking an Interior Architect to lead interior and fit‑out projects across Lebanon and the Gulf, including offices, retail, hospitality, residential, and permanent brand spaces. You will manage projects from concept through design development, material selection, site supervision, and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients, capture briefs, and conduct site studies.
• Develop space planning, concepts, mood boards, and 3D presentations.
• Produce full drawing sets (plans, elevations, sections, lighting, electrical, joinery).
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and prepare bills of quantities.
• Request and compare quotations, monitor budgets, and flag changes early.
• Visit sites regularly, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, solve on‑site issues, and update drawings as needed.
• Prepare snag lists and ensure successful handover.

Required profile

• Degree in interior architecture or architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design and fit‑out projects, including site supervision.
• Strong Arabic and English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites in Lebanon and the Gulf.
• Portfolio of completed projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with 3ds Max or SketchUp.
• Competence in Photoshop.
