UI/UX Designer

About the role

Spark is looking for a UI/UX Designer with strong visual judgment who can turn complex requirements into intuitive, beautifully crafted digital experiences. The role cares about how an experience works, looks and feels, from visual direction to typography, spacing, interactions and small details. You will shape user journeys and simplify information, working closely with strategy, content and technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual directions for websites, apps, dashboards and digital platforms, turning brand identities into distinctive digital experiences.
• Design polished, responsive UIs with attention to typography, composition, hierarchy, colour, spacing and interaction.
• Design user flows, information architecture, wireframes and prototypes.
• Present design concepts and explain the thinking behind visual and UX decisions.
• Build and refine design systems and component libraries.
• Collaborate with strategy and content teams to turn business requirements into clear, engaging experiences.
• Work with developers during implementation, review finished interfaces and resolve layout, styling, responsiveness and interaction issues.
• Take part in design reviews, respond to feedback and refine work to a high standard.

Required profile

• Three or more years of experience in UI/UX, digital or product design.
• A portfolio showing strong visual craft and polished interfaces, with clear UX thinking and your contribution to each project.
• Ability to manage timelines and multiple projects while keeping design quality.

Required skills

• Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, prototyping and design systems.
• Responsive website and mobile interface design.
• UX fundamentals: user journeys, information architecture, interaction design, usability and accessibility.
• Understanding of how designs translate into development.
• Added advantage: dashboards or enterprise platforms, motion and micro-interactions, and Arabic interfaces and right-to-left layouts.
