Proposal Design Specialist - Clients & Industries (Lebanon)

About the role

EY is seeking a Proposal Design Specialist to join its Clients & Industries (C&I) team within the Markets Enablement function, based in Lebanon. The role supports strategic, high-value pursuits across the MENA region by creating visual concepts, proposal designs, presentations and client-facing materials that bring EY's value proposition to life.

Key responsibilities

• Develop proposals, presentations, executive summaries and other client-facing materials aligned with EY's brand standards.
• Create visuals such as graphics, infographics, charts, illustrations and layouts that communicate complex information clearly.
• Take part in kick-off meetings, strategy sessions, proposal reviews and oral preparation workshops, and present design concepts to pursuit teams.
• Collaborate with proposal specialists, deal teams and subject matter experts on integrated pursuit materials.
• Lead the visual storytelling for strategic pursuits and introduce new formats, interactive content and creative approaches.
• Support content across proposals, presentations, digital assets, videos and interactive materials, and ensure consistency with EY's Visual Identity guidelines.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across Service Lines, Sectors, Knowledge, Brand, Marketing and Communications and Business Development, and incorporate client feedback and win/loss insights to improve design effectiveness.
• Help develop design best practices, templates and reusable assets, and support training and knowledge sharing on proposal design.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, communications, multimedia design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• About 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, proposal design, communications, marketing, business development or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting business development activities, strategic pursuits, bids, proposals or client presentations.
• Experience in professional services, consulting or multinational organizations is preferred.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat Pro.
• Advanced PowerPoint, with experience on executive-level presentations and proposal materials.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Ideal candidates also have exposure to multimedia content creation, video editing, animation, interactive presentations and AI-enabled design tools, and knowledge of MENA market dynamics.
