Missions principales
- Provide expert sales consultancy and tailored advice to potential and existing clients.
- Manage proactive outbound and inbound communication to drive business growth.
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience by identifying and meeting client needs.
- Execute end-to-end sales activities, from lead qualification to closing deals.
- Contribute to the team's growth by assisting in training and onboarding activities.
Profil recherché
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing sales role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence at all levels.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
