Technical Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Team Lead to oversee our development and QA teams, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and meet business requirements. The role combines hands‑on technical guidance with people management across our web and mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage developers and QA engineers.
• Plan, assign, and track technical tasks and projects.
• Ensure timely delivery that aligns with business needs.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Monitor progress, report status, and mitigate risks.
• Oversee testing and quality assurance before releases.
• Maintain technical documentation and development processes.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of new technical staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• At least 5 years of software development experience.
• Minimum 2 years leading or supervising development teams.
• Strong communication, project‑management and leadership abilities.
