Software Testing Engineer – SharePoint & Dynamics 365 QA

About the role

We are looking for a SharePoint and Dynamics 365 QA & QC Engineer. The role ensures quality, reliability, and release readiness of enterprise solutions built across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Automate, and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Strong functional testing expertise is required to validate complete business processes, workflows, integrations, permissions, data behavior, and system functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, regression packs, and acceptance criteria for Microsoft‑based applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, exploratory, negative, usability, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Test SharePoint Online solutions, Dynamics 365/Dataverse functionality, Power Apps business processes, and Power Automate flows.
• Validate integrations between SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 services, APIs, webhooks, and third‑party platforms.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using Azure DevOps, Jira, and Postman.
• Support UAT activities, release validation, production‑readiness testing, and post‑release verification.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional QA/QC experience, preferably with Microsoft enterprise applications.
• Hands‑on experience testing SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• At least one active Microsoft certification (e.g., PL‑900, PL‑200).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Based in Lebanon with full availability from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM U.S. Central Time.
