Technical Pre/Post-Sales Specialist

About the role

Ingram Micro is looking for a Technical Pre/Post‑Sales Specialist to support the sales of assigned technology products. You will work closely with customers, resellers and vendors to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Convert customer and reseller inquiries into appropriate technical solutions.
• Meet with end‑users to gather and analyse requirements.
• Generate Bills of Materials and design solution blocks in collaboration with hardware and software vendors.
• Deliver demos and proof‑of‑concept presentations to showcase solution value.
• Organise and conduct technical training sessions for partners and customers.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of pre‑sales or post‑sales experience.
• Knowledge of cloud, cybersecurity or infrastructure technologies.
• Enthusiastic, results‑driven mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive work approach.
