Talent Management Officer

About the role

Chedid Capital, a leading investment group in insurance and reinsurance, is seeking a Talent Management Officer to support its Talent Management team. The role provides administrative and operational assistance across performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, and onboarding, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day department operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate succession planning activities, schedule talent review sessions, and maintain 9‑Box Grid templates and Individual Development Plans.
• Update career pathing documentation, job leveling records, and organizational charts.
• Administer the performance management cycle, track appraisal timelines, and follow up on pending submissions.
• Compile performance and engagement data for senior‑level reporting.
• Support logistics for training programs, workshops, and learning sessions, including scheduling and attendance tracking.
• Maintain the learning management system with training records and program content.
• Assist with employee engagement surveys, pulse checks, and results consolidation.
• Execute onboarding activities, prepare welcome materials, and manage onboarding checklists.
• Ensure data integrity across talent management records, trackers, and HR databases.
• Prepare routine reports, presentations, and communications for the Talent Management Manager.
• Support compliance documentation related to performance, learning, and succession.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR administration or talent management support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior HR team members.
