Experienced Freelance Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are a remote‑first software agency seeking an experienced recruiter to lead and grow our talent acquisition operations. The role is fully remote and involves managing the end‑to‑end hiring process for technology and fintech positions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct kickoff meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and approve job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
• Post openings on LinkedIn and other platforms, promote roles on job boards, and actively headhunt passive candidates.
• Screen candidates, assess fit, coordinate interviews, and manage offer negotiations and onboarding.
• Provide post‑placement follow‑up during probation and close out the recruitment process with final reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or Communications.
• 1‑5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, either in‑house or agency.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organization and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Familiarity with job boards and professional networking sites.
