Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and international best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with commercial and support entities to deliver professional recruitment services.
• Develop and implement recruitment and selection policies aligned with company standards.
• Represent the Group at university presentations, career forums, and local job fairs.
• Receive job opening notifications, update vacancy lists, and coordinate with HR Director and C&B specialist.
• Collaborate with line managers to define recruitment processes and timelines.
• Source candidates using internal and external resources, including headhunters and search firms.
• Draft and post attractive job ads, manage applications, and maintain records in the HRMS.
• Prepare short‑lists, arrange interview schedules, and conduct competency‑based interviews.
• Perform reference checks, propose salary packages, and prepare job offers for approval.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar HR role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• SPHR certification is a plus.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office.
