Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Support Engineer to investigate and resolve technical and system‑related issues, ensuring reliable operations for both customers and internal teams. The role combines hands‑on troubleshooting with continuous improvement of processes and automation opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer and system‑related issues.
• Document incidents, investigations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately.
• Review alarms and reports proactively to identify and resolve potential problems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents efficiently.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend permanent fixes or automation.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams via email and meetings.
• Participate in after‑hours support when business needs require.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical or system support.
• Strong analytical and investigative mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English and professional communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, eager to learn new technologies and improve processes.

Required skills

• MySQL queries, data verification and basic database operations.
• Linux administration and command‑line operations.
• Podman container management and troubleshooting.
• Grafana dashboard creation and system monitoring.
• TCP/IP, DNS, ports and connectivity troubleshooting.
