About the role

The Student Supervisor is a full‑time, on‑site position based in the Sinn El Fill District. You will act as the primary point of contact for students, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment while upholding college policies.

Key responsibilities

Monitor student behavior and enforce institutional rules and procedures.
Resolve conflicts and address student inquiries or concerns promptly.
Collaborate with educators to support academic and behavioral needs.
Provide training and guidance to students and staff as required.
Maintain accurate records of incidents and actions taken.

Required profile

Strong supervisory abilities with experience guiding diverse student groups.
Excellent communication skills for interaction with students, parents, and staff.
Customer‑service orientation to ensure a positive student experience.
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.
