About the role
The Student Supervisor is a full‑time, on‑site position based in the Sinn El Fill District. You will act as the primary point of contact for students, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment while upholding college policies.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor student behavior and enforce institutional rules and procedures.
- Resolve conflicts and address student inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with educators to support academic and behavioral needs.
- Provide training and guidance to students and staff as required.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and actions taken.
Required profile
- Strong supervisory abilities with experience guiding diverse student groups.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with students, parents, and staff.
- Customer‑service orientation to ensure a positive student experience.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.
