About the role

Tewtel Group of Companies is looking for a reliable, client‑focused Spare Parts Consultant to join its Verdun office. The role involves taking parts orders, confirming inventory availability, invoicing clients and answering their questions while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in locating the correct parts for their vehicles.
• Provide technical support and detailed product information.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the parts inventory.
• Process orders and returns efficiently and accurately.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Deliver consistent, high‑quality client service.
• Contribute to the overall success of the department and organization.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in automotive retail, heavy‑duty machinery, or a service‑repair environment is heavily preferred.
• Strong foundational understanding of vehicle systems, maintenance and parts catalogs.
• Honest, detail‑oriented and responsible.
• Bilingual communication skills with fluency in English.
