About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Lead to drive sales and marketing initiatives for our residential and commercial restoration startup in Beirut. The role will focus on generating and converting leads, upselling services, and ensuring seamless project execution.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals to expand reach in the Beirut district.
- Generate and convert leads through various digital channels and upsell services to existing and potential customers.
- Educate potential customers about our new architectural film wrap services.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure excellent client servicing from lead generation to project execution.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and follow up to close deals.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of relevant sales experience.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about lead generation and closing deals.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and multitask in a fast‑growing startup.
