Software Technical Support Specialist

About the role

Equadis is seeking a Software Technical Support Specialist to join its Technical Support team within the R&D department. You will be the first point of contact for customers using the Gaia platform, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and that the overall customer experience remains high‑quality.

Key responsibilities

• Handle support tickets submitted via Jira by Customer Success Managers and diagnose issues on the Gaia platform.
• Prioritise and resolve tickets, performing first‑level development using JavaScript and SQL when needed.
• Escalate complex problems to the Analysis team or Software Developers.
• Configure integration and publication interfaces using existing integration engines.
• Validate compliance with GDSN standards and customer data formats (Excel, XML) through testing before deployment.
• Analyse recurring tickets, identify root causes and contribute to long‑term AI‑driven improvement projects.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on customer‑requested features and create PDF product sheets for implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Fluent in French and English with strong communication skills.
• Analytical mindset, customer‑oriented attitude and eagerness to learn.
