Software Engineer

About the role

Lexzur is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain backend services that power its AI‑driven legal workflow platform. This full‑time hybrid position is based in Beirut, offering a mix of on‑site collaboration and remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and scale robust APIs and micro‑services that integrate with internal modules and external systems.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and security of the platform while participating in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, testable code, maintain documentation, and support automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
• Hands‑on experience in back‑end web development and building production‑grade APIs.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional, agile team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one modern backend language and framework.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Version control using Git.
• Design of RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes (preferred).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
