IT Coordinator

About the role

The IT Coordinator joins Berytech’s Operations department to ensure all Innovation Parks run smoothly. You will provide technical support to tenants and employees, maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, and safeguard data against cyber threats.

Key responsibilities

• Activate, deactivate and troubleshoot internet connections for tenants; monitor traffic across Innovation Parks.
• Install, configure and maintain LAN, fiber, Wi‑Fi and telephone infrastructure.
• Perform daily inspections of data and server rooms, UPS systems, printers and cabling.
• Manage IT support requests from employees, including diagnostics, hardware/software installation and configuration.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, manage user access controls and respond to incidents.
• Coordinate with service providers, vendors and suppliers for upgrades and new installations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in information technology.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills for interacting with tenants, employees and external partners.
