Social Media Publisher / Content Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Social Media Publisher to handle the technical side of content distribution for our diverse client portfolio. The role focuses on scheduling, quality assurance and monitoring of social media accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Upload pre‑approved content, captions and media and ensure timely publishing across all platforms.
• Manage daily publishing for multiple client accounts, including corporate brands, creators and high‑volume media pages.
• Conduct quality checks on captions, videos, images, cover photos and formatting before posts go live.
• Maintain and organise the content calendar to keep the publishing queue aligned with the planned schedule.
• Monitor account health, platform notifications and promptly report policy violations, restrictions or other issues.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to review content for accuracy.
• Excellent organisational skills to handle large volumes of content across several accounts.
• Experience using publishing tools such as Metricool and Airtable.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio for account monitoring.
