About the role

We are seeking a creative and data‑driven Social Media Coordinator and Content Specialist to strengthen our digital presence. Working closely with leadership and production teams, you will shape our brand story across all platforms while balancing on‑site filming and strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Research industry trends and innovative filming techniques to generate fresh content ideas.
• Collaborate with content creators and office staff to coordinate filming schedules and ensure seamless execution on‑site.
• Operate professional camera equipment during shoots and capture core messaging.
• Partner with the Chief Marketing Officer to develop and refine marketing campaigns, adapting them to seasonal trends.
• Maintain consistent posting schedules, especially on LinkedIn, and explore new engagement tactics.
• Monitor social media analytics, optimize posting times and formats, and deliver monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Experience operating professional camera equipment.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to translate high‑level concepts into actionable filming plans.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑team coordination.
