About the role

Are you a strategic thinker with expertise in social media management, content creation, and reputation management? Adcreators MENA (Born Creators Group) is seeking a Social Media Manager to take full ownership of content strategy, execution, and performance analysis for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies, creating tailored content plans.
• Manage content production, overseeing high‑quality assets and coordinating with designers, videographers, and editors.
• Maintain content calendars, planning and scheduling posts across multiple platforms to ensure consistency and engagement.
• Handle reputation management by monitoring brand sentiment, managing online interactions, and protecting the client’s corporate image.
• Analyse and optimise performance by tracking KPIs, generating reports, and adjusting strategies based on data‑driven insights.
• Collaborate with clients and key stakeholders to align social media initiatives with broader business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media accounts from start to finish.
• Strategic and proactive thinker with understanding of corporate branding, reputation management, and structured workflows.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
• Expertise in content production, social media analytics, and performance optimisation.
• Ability to work autonomously while aligning with client expectations and brand guidelines.
