Senior Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team in Beirut. The role focuses on developing, optimizing, and maintaining web applications using both MERN and LAMP stacks while ensuring high performance, security, and excellent user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Work with the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) for server‑side development and optimization.
• Design, develop, and manage SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Implement unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Chai, and Selenium.
• Create responsive, cross‑browser designs with HTML/CSS.
• Collaborate using Git, branching strategies, and collaborative workflows.
• Contribute to Drupal architecture, module development, and site administration.
• Apply security best practices following OWASP guidelines.
• Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Deploy and maintain infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Work within Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) using Jira.

Required profile

• Fluency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional software engineering experience.
