Senior Technical Business Analyst

About the role

The Senior Technical Business Analyst will work closely with Business Analysts to translate functional requirements into high‑level technico‑functional specifications and design solutions. They will collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse requirements and create high‑level technico‑functional specifications, including diagrams, flowcharts, data models, and user stories.
• Discuss business bugs with QA, consultants and product team.
• Explain requirements to developers and ensure technical analysis meets expectations.
• Assist QA in defining and simulating complex business scenarios and perform first‑level testing on delivered development.
• Ensure the system is built according to specifications during development and maintain technico‑functional documentation.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss business requirements and conduct gap analysis for innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of software development experience and at least 4 years in a similar analyst role.
• Strong knowledge of banking business.
• Fluent in English and French.
