Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy Senior Sales Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting for our North American market. You will engage key decision‑makers, generate qualified meetings and support our Account Executives in closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to prospects via cold calling and email to spark interest and start conversations.
• Identify and qualify key decision‑makers across target accounts.
• Make high volumes of outbound calls while meeting and exceeding KPIs.
• Use a consultative approach to book meetings within brief, high‑impact phone conversations.
• Secure high‑quality meetings for the Account Executives team by clearly communicating our value proposition.
• Handle objections with confidence and persistence, maintaining professionalism.
• Navigate complex organizational structures to reach Executive Directors and senior stakeholders.
• Persistently nurture relationships over extended sales cycles, sometimes up to a year.
• Collaborate with the Head of Function and AE team on outreach strategies and ideal customer profiles.
• Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in the company’s CRM.
• Consistently achieve monthly targets for meetings booked and qualified leads.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or cold calling.
• Availability to work on Eastern Time Zone hours (GMT‑5).
• Exceptional spoken and written English, able to persuade senior North American stakeholders.
• Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and navigating gatekeepers.
• Resilient, coachable and highly motivated to succeed.
