The Senior Sales Customer Representative – Hospital & Acute Care in Lebanon will drive sustainable business growth, improve patient access, and deliver exceptional value to healthcare institutions. Acting as a trusted partner to clinicians and decision‑makers, you will leverage deep customer insights and scientific knowledge to maximize the impact of our portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve sales, market share and business objectives.
• Build and strengthen strategic relationships with hospital stakeholders, clinicians and key decision‑makers.
• Identify customer needs and translate insights into tailored, value‑based solutions.
• Generate and manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities to ensure sustainable growth.
• Effectively position and communicate the value of the Hospital & Acute Care portfolio.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Medical, Market Access, Marketing, Regulatory and other teams.
• Provide timely product, clinical and market information to customers.
• Demonstrate leadership through influence, collaboration and knowledge sharing while ensuring compliance and integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in hospital, specialty care, virology or similar complex environments.
• Proven track record of delivering consistent sales growth and exceeding business objectives.
• Strong experience managing complex healthcare accounts and multiple stakeholders.
