Outbound Sales Agent – AI & Technology Solutions

About the role

We are seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives to join our fast‑growing, YC‑backed organization expanding into Lebanon. You will work on high‑volume outbound campaigns for globally recognised brands and fast‑growing AI companies, gaining exposure to over 15 products across 20+ international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound cold calls using an in‑house dialer and engage decision‑makers to understand their business needs.
• Qualify prospects, book high‑quality sales meetings and accurately record outcomes in our systems.
• Represent multiple client campaigns across technology, software and AI products, adapting quickly between industries and offers.
• Handle objections and unexpected questions confidently without relying heavily on scripts.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level) with excellent spoken communication.
• Strong resilience, patience and the ability to handle frequent rejection.
• Highly motivated, competitive and willing to make several hours of cold calls each day.
• Available to work Monday‑Friday, 10:00 AM‑6:00 PM, onsite at Beirut Digital District.

• Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar businesses and respond intelligently.
