Senior Retail Sales Associate

About the role

Designer-24 is a fashion technology company based in the Middle East that rents out designer dresses and luxury accessories. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Senior Retail Sales Associate in Beirut. The associate welcomes customers, gives personalised styling advice and guides them through the dress and accessory rental process.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, give styling advice and guide them through the rental process
• Manage daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory checks and keeping displays aligned with current collections and brand standards
• Handle customer inquiries, process transactions, manage bookings and returns and resolve issues
• Support team members, contribute to sales targets and share feedback on customer trends to improve products and the in-store experience

Required profile

• Experience in retail sales and customer service, preferably in fashion or luxury goods
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and meet sales goals
• Previous experience in a senior or lead associate role is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus
• Passion for sustainable fashion and commitment to an outstanding customer experience
